- 1 lb cherry tomatoes, halved
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 oz pasta (spaghetti or your choice)
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
Method:
Step 1 – Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 200°C.
Step 2 – Prepare the Tomatoes:
In a baking dish, toss the halved cherry tomatoes with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
Step 3 – Roast the Tomatoes:
